Top investment bank is looking for Associate (M&A) \ Russia recruitment

The client:

The client is one of the top investment banks with more than 30,000 employees worldwide. It provides large government, corporate and institutional clients with a full range of services and products. During the recent years our client has worked across a variety of classical industry sectors including industrials, automotive, TMT, healthcare, retail, consumer, energy and many other “generalist” industries. It has about 20 offices in Europe and currently is looking for an experienced associate to join their team in Moscow.

The role:

An Associate position with this firm requires a highly motivated, hard working, innovative individual that wants to play a primary role in MA business (particularly execution) and take advantage of accelerated development opportunities, expand their professional expertise in investment banking, and enjoy the culture of the top European IB

Requirements:

-2-5 years of relevant corporate finance experience in investment banking;

-Deal execution experience

-Financial modelling, valuation, strategic analysis, investment/deal due diligence and investment thesis preparation experience is preferred;

-Track record of the previous deals;

-Top Russian or foreign university degree;

-CFA is an advantage;

-Russian, English languages – fluent;

-Understanding of the Russian market;

-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

-Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Typical Responsibilities:

-Provide oversight and guidance to analysts;

-Build and maintain client relationships by managing day to day inquiries;

-Manage/Coordinate internal resources;

-Provide financial analysis/modelling;

-Due Diligence;

-Conduct and analyze industry research.
