Top-tier professional service firm needs a C&B Analyst (55K p/m) recruitment
Successful candidate will have at least 6 year solid compensation and benefit experienced gained from sizable company or financial industries. You should have to extremely well-organised, presentable and strong leadership skills and able to work in and adapt to a fast paced working environment where change and flexibility is crucial.
The organizations are going through a period of growth, as such, you will experience steep learning path and every day is different. You will assist in implementing and monitoring all CB policies and programs, such as, annual salary review, performance bonus and conducted market benchmarking in HK.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the transparency in the compensation practices in the organisation
- Supervise the development of new compensation components and keeping the general rules for the design of the compensation component
- Handle the extensive monitoring of the market and designing the new compensation components inspired by the HR Best practices in the compensation area.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 6 years solid experience in CB function gained in MNC or financial industries
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Excellent spoken and written in English, Chinese and Putonghua
- High proficiency in MS Word and Excel in advance level
