Tour Guide/Customer Relations Job in Chicago 60601, Illinois US
The Customer Relations representative acts as the face of the Skydeck to guest providing them with the excellent customer service while maintaining proper crowd flow. Personal attention to the need of the Skydeck guests is necessary to make them feel welcomed and comfortable. The candidate must possess:

HOURS: 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, rotating schedule
EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED: i.e. cash register, phone, computer
JOB REQUIREMENTS/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Education/ Training: High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Knowledge/Experience: 1-2 years of related experience, excellent communication skills, good reading/writing skills.
Language/ Communication requirements: Knowledge of foreign languages is preferable
Physical Abilities: Must be able to perform essential duties and activities that assigned to this position, able to stand for extended periods of time.
