Tourist Information Centre Advisor
A local Council require a Tourist Information Centre Agent for a temporary Role. The position will be based in The Tourist information Centre in Hillsborough and Lisburn Square
The role is expected to run until Mid March. The hourly rate is £8.23 per hour plus holiday pays
The duties or the role will include general admin, dealing with calls, receipting invoices, using databases, cash handling
ESSENTIAL
5 GCSE'S A-C or NVQ 2 or Equivalent
A Min of 1 years experience in a customer service environment
A minimum of 1 years relevant experience in the tourism industry
Where applicants do not hold GCSE;s they 3 years experience in the above
Competent in the use of word processing
DESIRABLE
The ability to converse in French , German , Spanish or Italian
A minimum of 1 years relevant experience in the tourism industry
