Trade Execution Analyst (Contracts)

This is a global commodities trading MNC with expansion plans in Asia Pacific. With a global presence in over 40 countries, Singapore currently serves as the Asia Pacific Headquarters.

A newly created position for a Trade Execution Analyst has arisen due to the expansion of the Metals business unit. This analyst will be responsible for contract administration, including the drafting of the metals trade contacts by including the commercial terms accurately. He/ She will also be performing checks and listing down the changes for the execution team’s follow up, as well as providing the execution of contract management to the related functions, including accounting, execution, and traders. Other responsibilities also include partnering with the legal teams to ensure that the contract templates are up-to-date as well as maintain a centralized contract system.

You will be a degree holder in business and finance, with around 2-4 years of experience in contract management work in a bank or a commodity trading company. You will have strong contract management experience, with knowledge of UCP600/ Incoterms ISBP, as well as a strong grasp of legal terms (such as Anti-boycott) within a metals trading capacity. You will also have strong interpersonal and communications skills due to the multiple stakeholders involved. You will also be meticulous with a strong eye for detail.
