Trade Finance Executive/ Manager recruitment
It is only non-state owned licensee eligible to provide bunkering services in China. Brightoil Group currently has interest in sales, storage of oil and petrochemical, terminal loading/unloading, marine bunkering, land marine transportation, petroleum exploration, gas station bunkering services. With its fully integrated up and down stream businesses and a complete supply chain network, it provides strong support to its customers and partners.
Due to our business expansion, we are seeking high calibre and dedicated professionals to join us in a dynamic and challenging environment as Treasury Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide trade finance support;
- Coordinate with banks on Import LC/SBLC issuance/ Export LC negotiation;
- Coordinate with trader and ops on Import LC/SBLC issuance / Export LC negotiation;
- Ensure timely issuance and Import LC/ SBLC;
- Arrange for timely settlement of Import Bills;
- Ensure timely negotiation/ receipt of funds under Export Bills;
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of bank facilities utilization report;
- Assist in discussion with banks on trade finance facilities;
- Assist in cash flow projection exercise;
- Participate in evaluating and implementing Treasury Management System;
- To manage reportees and provide relevant training;
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Graduate in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration;
- 5 to 10 year experience in Trade Finance and/or Banking;
- Good understanding of INCOTERM, UCP, ISBP, URR, URC, etc.;
- Knowledge and proficient in using MS Office. Experience in other software is a plus;
- Preferably some exposure in the Oil industry
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
