Base Salary: $250,000 - $300,000,
Bonus Potential: On target 70%-uncapped bonus dependant on individual and team performance.
Other benefits: Executive level benefits package, stock options, car and housing allowance.

A Tier 1 Asset Management Firm seeks Executive Director level trade floor risk manager to manage the risk across the fixed income portfolio. This role will report in to the Head of Trading and Chief Risk Officer. The firm in question is regarded as one of the leaders in this field and has grown its fixed income portfolio substantially over the last year. This hire is necessary due to the expansion of the portfolio and is designed to help build on the current strengths of the team and to help grow the portfolio further.

This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to:
• Run and lead a team, provide direction to a team of fixed income analysts
• Lead a number of projects designed to continue the growth laid out by the senior members of the business.
• Help develop the high frequency trading platform
• Work with and grow the firms structured products desk
• Assist the running of the risk team globally

The successful candidate is likely to have the following skills:
• Significant experience of Fixed Income Products in a senior risk role
• Strong communicator to work with / face off with the traders and be the link between the CRO and Head of Trading
• A number of years experience working with fixed income products, ideally in a trade floor based risk role.
• Exceptional academic background, ideally an MSc, MBA or PhD from a top tier university.
• Self starter that thrives in a high pressured environment
