Trade Management Manager

Change Recruitment Group's client are seeking a Trade Management Manager to work on a Fixed Term Contract for a minimum period of 12 months.

You will be responsible for providing clients with a middle office trade management service to capture, match, settle and report all trading activity on their behalf. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that all trades are reflected correctly for accounting purposes as well as manage 3rd party broker and custodian relationships.

Key Responsibilities;

- Responsibility for the daily operations of the team, with effective oversight
- Ensure adherence to the risk and control framework to manage risk effectively and efficiently within the team.
- Act as a point of escalation to manage and mitigate risk, promoting a culture of risk awareness and root cause analysis
- Lead and motivate the team, supporting departmental and individual objectives
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients at all levels within the team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stake holders, brokers, custodians and industry bodies
- Develop and implement improvements to systems and processes in support of client requirements.

Please note, this position requires strong experience working within a similar function, in a managerial role.
