POSITION SUMMARY:

Part of a global organization and working in a shift rotation (follow the sun support model), Trade Mitigation Specialists support Newedge clients and internal desks trading activities on various platforms / markets. Facing the traders, Trade Mitigation Specialists provide regular feedback to the business (real-time customer alerts / incident notifications) and release customer advisories for upcoming production changes.

Candidates for this position should hold the following qualifications and be able to demonstrate the following abilities to be considered as a suitable applicant. Please note that except where specified as preferred all points listed below are considered minimum requirements.
