Trade Operations Support / Developer – Unix recruitment
Enthusiastic and talented Trade Operations Specialist with previous experience carrying out development on high performance trading platforms, required to work for a Financial Services company located in London.
The successful Trade Operations Specialist will be required to design, develop, and maintain the trading platforms. The role will consist of writing highly optimized, low-latency, critical-path software to power the trading during market hours, and develop scalable data storage and distribution systems to support the company’s always-on statistical analysis efforts.
The Trade Operations Specialist will be required to implement new protocols and interfaces as well as maintain and expand the set of proprietary tools that help the company govern their trading operations.
The Skills:
- Advanced Perl, shell scripting, network protocols and file systems
- Expertise with UNIX operating systems
- C++ programming skills
