Description
Provides professional support to Investment Managers and Clients through timely and accurate processing of trade instructions and related transactions. The variety of trade instructions which required require daily processing include: global and domestic securities, derivatives, foreign exchange transactions, incoming and outgoing wire transfers and the transfer of currency between accounts. The incumbent will be expected to interpret non-standard trade instructions as well as review input for accuracy and adherence to section policies and procedures. Incumbent will have daily contact with investment managers and clients and is expected maintain and strengthen the account's relationship while minimizing risk and maximizing the level of service to their designated relationships. The incumbent must also be able to recognize and escalate any potential fraudulent activities. The incumbent will assist in the investment of cash and the research of currency balances, idle and overdrawn USD balances, update and maintain management reporting database and resolve trade problems to ensure accurate client accounting statements.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Business or Finance or applicable work experience. Incumbent must exhibit excellent organizational and judgment skills and must also demonstrate his/her proficiency in the use of Personal Computers with a Windows based operating system. Possess strong analytical skills, an aptitude for details, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and work independently while working under pressure to met strict deadlines is required.
