Trade Support Manager – Equity Derivatives/OTC/IBank/Hong Kong

Our client is a Top Tier Global Investment bank is expanding their Derivatives Middle Office Operations team and is recruiting for an Equity Derivatives trade processing manager. The role will consist of providing support to the Derivatives trading desks for the full trade supprot of the business. Working closely with the traders this great opportunity is not one to be missed.

Job Requirements:

•To lead the trade processing team for OTC vanilla and exotic equity derivatives products for APAC markets
•To review New Product Due Diligence and work with other functions in Hk and Paris for impact analysis
•To resolve booking issues with Front office/Sales
•To hold regular meetings with Offshore sites and Paris Ops to discuss BAU issues and provide update on the business activities.
•To attend regular meetings with Change Management team for reviewing EQD book of works
•To participate in change initiatives, define user requirements, participate UAT and implementation

Skills Required:

•Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives OTC products.
•Maintain a high level of accuracy and be vigilant when validating the settlement instructions and authorizing payments.
•Team working skills and articulation to communicate with both front office and middle office counterparts.
•5 years experience in the middle office or front office.
•2 years experience of management.
•Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
•University degree.
