Trade Support – OTC Rates recruitment
The core function of the role will be to provide trading support for the London USD Trading Desk. And, ownership of Market Risk reporting project (A-Risk).
- Validation of all new trade bookings and amendments from a risk and pl perspective for the USD Desk for all product types: IRS, Bonds, Futures.
- Continued updating of procedures and processes inline with any SOX and Regulatory changes.
- Monitoring the traders’ A-Risk signoffs for all Linear EMEA Desks.
- Investigating any inconsistencies flagged by the trading desks. Liaison with Trading, Market Risk and IT through to resolution.
- Involvement in testing for system enhancements.
- Amending trades as required by either their life cycle or to correct inconsistencies.
Experience Required:
You will have worked in a similar role within Trade Support or Control within an Investment Banking environment.
Strong knowledge of OTC IR Derivative products.
Ability to process large volumes of data.
Ability to constantly improve processes.
Strong interpersonal skills.
