Multiple positions located in CA and FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for getting a multitude of Yellow Shoes creative projects through the agency, from briefing to distribution. Key accountability in the role includes, but is not limited to: opening a job with the appropriate information; providing realistic schedules; monitoring, scheduling and problem-solving any changes in the schedule; obtaining all necessary executive approvals; routing the project through the mechanical process and being the main point of contact for print production, Studio and iStudio.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of proven advertising and trafficking experience for an internal/external agency or for a broadcast network
• Demonstrated strong operational and time management skills
• Demonstrated strong budget and scheduling management skills
• Strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills
• Strong negotiating and influencing abilities
• Knowledge of and appreciation for the creative process
• Demonstrated understanding of print/broadcast/digital development and production processes
• Able to work with bi-coastal teams, managing equally demanding priorities
• Strong team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and people with flexibility in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Understanding and working knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, direct mail and Alliance Marketing
• Familiarity with multi-media needs and development process (i.e. network and tv spots, newspaper, radio, magazine, on-line, digital media, collateral, outdoor)
• Must enjoy an ever-changing, fast-paced, fluid environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Broadcast Production/Design
