The Front Office Investment Banking division of Hays Financial Markets works with many of the largest and most prestigious investment banks in London as well as Boutiques, Private Equity Houses and Brokerages. We are in growth mode and require talented, self-confident Associate Consultants to join our team.
Investment Banking is focused on Mergers Acquisitions (the buying, selling or merging of companies), Capital Raising for Corporates and Private Equity (investing in companies for growth). As a sector, you will be working with some of the brightest candidates in the UK and extremely demanding clients. It is therefore, one of the most challenging yet lucrative roles in the UK recruitment sector.
As a Trainee / Associate Recruitment Consultant in Hays you will be provided with detailed, focused and intensive training that will require a great deal of personal investment from you. The program is designed to support your development in a structured way such that you will never be thrown in the deep-end. We need people who are driven to learn, willing to put in all the hours necessary to meet your requirements and have the drive to become one of the top consultants in the country.
