The Financial Services Executive Recruitment arm of Aldrich Co. was established only 18 months ago yet it has made prestigious placements across investment banking and asset management, including hedge funds and private equity. Whilst we count some of the world’s largest financial services companies amongst our clients we care equally about all our mandates and support each of our clients in their search for what is often their most important asset, their people.
This is currently a two person team although, with the support of our clients, we aspire to grow considerably. The environment therefore will ensure that you have every opportunity to learn quickly, not only with respect to recruitment, but also the businesses and roles into which we hire.
There are of course a number of processes to be followed in our daily activity and you will be responsible for ensuring our records are up to date. From the outset however you will be immersed in all aspects of our business and your pace of development and rate of increased responsibility will be dictated by your own ability and work ethic.
You will have an impeccable standard of spoken and written English and be a natural communicator. You will have outstanding attention to detail and be computer literate. We specialise in recruiting across all aspects of financial services and consequently it would be beneficial for you to have at the very least a natural curiosity about the world in which our clients operate. It is imperative that you have a strong team ethic and be willing to help those that are recruited into the team after you.
