Due to further growth, the firm now has a rare vacancy for a recent graduate to join their finance team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the team leader, you will be responsible for preparing bank reconciliations, general ledgers, journals, and data entry for a series of investment funds. As this is a trainee role, you will be trained on the use of the systems as well as gaining the necessary experience required to lead into the role which focuses on preparation of accounts for different investment fund structures.
Your Profile
The client is looking to meet with recent graduates who have a clear understanding of debits and credits. If you have been in a role for a short period where you have been preparing accounts to trial balance, this will stand you in good stead. Likewise, the client is looking to meet with candidates who are at the very beginning of their ACCA studies (finalists will not be considered). Strong interpersonal skills are a must for this role as is evidence of a strong record of academic achievement. This is a rare opportunity for a graduate to forge a strong fund accounting career within a growing financial services firm.
