Trainee FX Option Sales
The FX Desk at the Group covers Deliverable Foreign Exchange Trades and Payments (based on Spot and Forward Trades) and more recently the launch of an FX Options Product Range.
We are looking for individuals with a background in FX, who want to have the opportunity to enter this new, exciting space. We are small FX Team, within a larger group of product desks. Only self-motivated high-perfomance individuals need apply to take advantage of significant opportunity for career growth.
The Individual:
Required
-Will have between 1-5 years of experience within the Deliverable FX Space, ideally from an FX Broker or a Bank.
-Will have a good network of clients and based on their knowledge of the market, will have a strong appetite to be able to offer new products and solutions to their clients.
-Will have both the ambition, and the intelligence, to learn new skills (product mechanics, risk, pricing).
-Polished, Articulate and with a strong sense of Professionalism Due Diligence and Ethics.
Desirable
-Has passed relevant exams in Regulation and Financial Derivatives. (CF30 applications particularly welcome)
To Note:
-You must have experience in Foreign Exchange Sales and/or Dealing to be considered for this role.
-This is a revenue-generation role that covers both Sales and Execution. Individuals will be required to generate Deal revenue across their own FX Book (FX Payments, Spot and Forward).
-Senior Individuals of the right calibre will be given the oppotunity to operate with their own mini-teams of Junior Salespeople.
-FX Option exposure (ability to sell and trade) will only be granted once necessary examinations are passed and once internal approval has been granted to the individual.
