We already have a successful Asia-Pac/Singapore business operated remotely from London with over 4 million Singapore dollars written in business last year. You will have access to a global database of candidates to move them into Singapore. You will be passed locally based work, from the London consultants in an incentive scheme.
We cover the APAC region as a whole from Singapore, unlike our competitors who will restrict you to Singapore only. You will be able to cover HK, China and Australia, so a much bigger market. We are a front office firm, so our clients are the decision makers and this makes deals easier- our average placement fee is SGD 40-60K (far higher than the industry average) so the opportunity to earn more money is extremely high.
We will follow a structured support program as in London with daily director involvement to help growth, and trainers brought over from the UK to train. We are on an aggressive growth path which will lead to management roles and exceptional career progression. You must be prepared to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
As a Financial Recruitment consultant you will be entering a fast paced industry with an annual turnover of over GBP27 Billion. Recruitment Consultants facilitate the hiring process by building relationships with their clients and candidates, providing a service by meeting the specific requirements of both parties. Being a phone based role excellent communication skills are essential, in addition the ability to gain large amounts of information contributes towards the successful placement of candidates, and deals worth up to SGD250,000
