My client has an opportunity for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join them in their prestigious offices in Leeds city centre. Successful applicants will receive outstanding training to become a successful Recruitment Consultant over a period of 1yr; training alongside some of the most successful recruiters in the North.
My client is a highly successful company achieving huge year on year growth and profit; they are continually seeking new talent to drive the business forward. As a Recruitment Consultant, your job will be to manage your own business within a business. Essentially your job is to sell people to companies, companies to people, and yourself to them, ensuring both are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Much of the job is to do with building long-lasting business relationships, maintaining them and constantly expanding your network. You will work predominantly within London’s financial consulting markets therefore professionalism and the ability to communicate with senior level management is paramount.
I am looking for exceptional individuals who are enthusiastic, driven, ambitious, confident, professional and dynamic; graduates who have excelled in their studies at University and have a history of achievement throughout their education.
