Rapidly Growing Recruitment Consultancy Seeks Trainee Consultant /Headhunter.
Vertex Resourcing specialises in executive search for one of the most dynamic industries around - FMCG. As the business continues to grow in reputation as a key business partner to these companies the opportunity has arisen for the organisation to grow in numbers and therefore we are seeking driven and dynamic individuals to join our consulting team in a Trainee Consultant role.
The successful candidate will be offered mentorship from senior team members to help them build the skills set necessary to make a success of their new career - developing or improving on pre-existing business/relationship development skills as well as learning how to successfully target and entice senior industry professionals.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience within a commercial arena this may have come as a work placement during education, subsequent to in lieu of higher education. This will need to be supplemented by a strong work ethic, a desire to grow and build a career within recruitment, and ideally a track-record of success within a targeted environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a truly meritocractic business during a period of significant growth - the successful candidate will also find themselves in a reasonably unique scenario of having almost total control over their earning potential as their base salary will be supplemented by the potential to earn up to 40% of billings in bonuses.
