Job description
You will work on a variety of search assignments and strategic projects across multiple business areas. Driving candidate generation and gathering competitive intelligence, you will support our consultants in their delivery to our clients' requirements. Additional language skills including Cantonese and/or Mandarin are beneficial.

Duties
- Undertaking research to locate candidates through interviewing, telephone referencing and taking qualitative views from market sources.
- Identifying top industry performers and talent pools
- Market mapping
- Assistance in executing mandates through candidate identification, qualification and interview
- Pre-pitch/origination researching and due diligence
- Formulating competitor analysis
- Telephone referencing to gather additional information on candidates and companies
- Developing strong network of market sources
- Developing broad understanding of Banking, Insurance and Financial Services market
