Astbury Marsden are currently seeking target driven, career focused and money motivated Associate/Trainee Recruitment Consultants for our Singapore office.
Your role as an Associate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant includes:
*Generating candidates via advert writing, telephone interviewing, gaining referrals, head hunting and more
*Identifying top talent within the market
*Interviewing candidates face-2-face
*Identifying leads and referrals
*Preparing candidates for external interviews
*Developing a broad understanding of Financial Services and Banking
*Building a strong network of candidates and colleagues
*Understanding your specific market area and business
*Selling Astbury Marsden
*Working closely with your Senior Recruitment Consultant
Following the training programme and achieving specific targets and KPI's you will be promoted to a Recruitment Consultant.
The role of an Associate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant is extremely fast paced, constantly developing, demanding and highly rewarding. Previous sales experience will be highly beneficial including working towards targets, KPI's and within a highly competitive environment. We're seeking Graduate calibre candidates who are proactive, naturally inquisitive and driven to succeed with excellent communication skills. Experience of working in a sales position, marketing, business development or similar will be advantageous.
