TRAINER-DEPT OF LEARNING/TRILINGUAL:ENGLISH/SPANISH/CREOLE Job in Boca Raton 33431, Florida US
Manpower is recruiting for a Trainer of the Department of Learning for a facility located in Boca Raton that will assist that in the design and development of training programs. Facilitates, administers and/or conducts training programs, both platform and web-based, for clients (job seekers).
Candidate MUST be able to communicate in English, Spanish as well as Creole
Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree - Organizational Development, Education or a related field with a maximum of 5 years experience in the design, development and facilitation of training programs, preferable at the Adult, Corporate and/or College level.
*Proven expertise in the development and execution of training programs using the most current technology to include web-based systems.
*Strong classroom management capabilities with proven presentation and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient user in Microsoft Office at the expert level.
*Must be Trilingual: English/Spanish/Creole
*Degree/Certification from the American Society for Training and Development is preferred.
