Summary:
This leading US law firm requires an experienced Training and Development professional to take responsibility for improving the knowledge and skills of the firm’s lawyers and non-legal personnel throughout APAC. This will be achieved through development, coordination, presentation and delivery of training and development programs.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of the firm wide strategic direction for attorney education and development consistent with the Firm’s objectives; support delivery of substantive and skills training programs regionally, live and via technology; produce professional development resources and write professional development communications as needed.
Requirements:
You will be degree qualified and possess a background in instructional design. You will also have experience in developing and conducting training programs in a business and /or legal/professional services environment. It is also imperative that you have excellent communication skills and are able to work in a Partnership environment.
Remuneration: circa HK$1.1m per annum + bonus
