Training & Competence Manager needed at CIB recruitment
They require an experienced Compliance professional that is capable of designing and delivering regulatory training to the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable Compliance professional to excel in educating and training Senior management on the ever changing regulatory environment.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Support in the design, development and implementation of the regulatory competence framework for the business ensuring changes are fully communicated
- Act as point of contact within the business for regulatory competence queries, ensuring that the information provided is clearly understood by the business
- Actively develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of key customers, suppliers, colleagues and peers to obtain/exchange information and identify best practices
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s procedures, guidelines and reporting requirements as well as any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
- Assist in the management of compliance related projects ensuring these are delivered on time and to specification
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Regulatory compliance experience on the wholesale side (corporate and or/investment banking compliance experience)
- Proven experience in delivering regulatory training material
- Experience of managing or over-sighting formal Training Competence schemes
- Up to date understanding of the current regulatory directives such as Market Abuse, Conflicts of interest, MiFid 2 and FATCA
