Training & Competence Manager recruitment

About the Challenge

You will be required to ensure the effectiveness of the framework in terms of assessing the skills, knowledge and expertise of the staff, whilst setting robust sales targets and maintaining compliant sales procedures. You will be required to coordinate, monitor and support activities through detailed record keeping demonstrating compliance at all times. In addition you will assist in training and inducting all investment regulated sales staff and will provide high quality coaching to advisors and supervisors. 

About you

You will demonstrate, awareness and adherence to the UK and other jurisdictional regulatory regimes, including the requirements governing investment and mortgage products. You will have a high level of expertise in training and competency rules and regulations in addition to being action-orientated, delivery focused and someone who strives for continuous improvement. It is advantageous that candidates are qualified to Diploma Level 4 under the Retail Distribution Review (or recognised industry equivalent).
