Training Consultant- Audit- Virtual Work Environment Job in Dallas 75201, Texas US
This position serves the auditing profession and are "hands-on" experts in helping auditors to become more effective and efficient. This position develops and delivers revenue producing live training programs via public seminar, customized onsite training or webinar.
Description of Work:
- Provides live core level staff training to auditing professionals at conferences, seminars or at client offices
- Provides live on site in depth training on a variety of accounting and auditing topics at conferences, seminars, or client offices
- Conducts webinars on a variety of accounting and auditing topics
- Develops new seminars and new webinar content
- Performs annual revisions of all seminar, webinar and conference content to assure technical accuracy and strong instructional design
- Conduct scoping sessions with clients to determine training needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- CPA or CA certification with experience at a national firm
- 6+ years of auditing experience. Teaching experience and/or technical audit writing experience at a national audit firm is preferred.
- Strong presentation facilitation skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid technical audit skills
- Proven ability to coordinate the efforts of large teams and to work under pressure to meet goals/deadlines
- Self-starter and team player
- Ability to work cross matrix environment and cross-functional groups
- Ability to travel 50% - 70%
