Training Coordinator Job in West Midlands, Midlands UK
Our client, a market leading training provider, is seeking a Training Coordinator with a Training Qualification and experience of line managing staff to work in their Midlands office. Working within the Commercial Training Division you will be responsible for the Line Management of all Training personnel in the Midlands Region.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Training Coordinator you will be:
- Responsible for the line management of trainers, assessors and casualty simulators in the Midlands region.
- Responsible for dealing with all administrative tasks relating to your personnel, including timesheets, expenses, sickness and absence.
- Providing appropriate personnel support functions, including the implementation of planned development programmes, appraisals and performance review.
- Dealing with any issues or complaints that may arise from training courses.
- Responsible for ensuring our customers receive an effective training service.
- Actively participating with the regional team to achieve targets established by the strategic business plan, as directed by the Regional Training Manager.
- Liaising with the Regional Training Manager and members of the Commercial Training Division with regards to all aspects of customer training, development, objectives, purposes and achievements
- Providing an effective line of communication throughout the team
Essential Skills:
* Must have a nationally recognised training qualification.
* Must have a recognised Assessor qualification.
* Must have experience of working in a customer focussed environment.
* Must be willing to travel around the Midlands region.
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
* Competent user of Microsoft packages.
* Some understanding of training procedures and quality assurance.
