Training & Development Specialist recruitment
A leading software provider is keen to speak to a Learning development Specialist who would be able to develop sales and soft skills training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, interpretation and execution of LD philosophy and processes in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement in partnership with external consultants and business leaders an integrated range of Leadership Development solutions, with best-in-class development methods and tools.
- Re-launch and aggressively drive the awareness and usage of the Learning Programs across the business units.
- Establish, influence and maintain strong business partnerships and strong relationships with the HR community, and Business leaders that enable effective implementation in an international organization.
Requirements:
- Degree with 8-10 years' relevant HR experience
- hands on and has the ability to interact with all levels of employees
- advanced knowledge of HR processes and HR service delivery models
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
