Training Manager Job in New York City 10018, New York US
The Donna Karan Company seeks to add a HR Training Manager to its HR Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assess organizational development and training needs of the Company, and determine initiatives needed to support divisions in achieving their business goals.
- Design, develop, and facilitiate retail training initiatives for +60 full price and outlet stores. This includes writing materials, participant workbooks, quick references, facilitator guides, and presentation materials.
- Evaluate all training initiatives to determine ways to improve the learning experience and ROI
- Direct special projects, including corporate communications, policies and procedures, employee handbook, Intranet, HR budget, conflict of interest process, employee wellness initiatives, and social activities.
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Masters degree
- Strong and clear writing skills
