Training Manager- SaaS recruitment

This position will be responsible for managing and conducting the training of our clients and partners. The Specialist will also be responsible for serving as a knowledgeable resource to other business units regarding clients, process, best practices and product usage. This position plays a critical role in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships while driving the adoption of our solutions. The Specialist will work closely with the Services and Sales teams to understand and assess technical requirements, prepare and deliver product demonstrations, and address technical questions that arise throughout the sales process. Candidates must be able to articulate technical concepts to both business and technical users, and evoke confidence in their products. This position is client-facing and requires heavy interaction with clients. Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory. Travel is required.
