Transaction Services – Assistant Manager recruitment
Through continued expansion there is a need for an assistant manager to join one of Australia and Asia’s leading advisory firms. Offering services such Transaction Services, Corporate Advisory and Forensic Accounting they advise for household names and offer a diverse career that their competitors can’t.
The Role
You will be working on high profile and complex transactions and divestments for private equity, corporate and banking clients. From time to time your work will cross over with other departments such as forensics, so this role really is as varied as it is challenging.
On a day to day basis the main bulk of your job will consist of Acquisition due diligence; Sell Side Assistance and Pre-Sale Due Diligence; Pre-Lending Due Diligence; Deal and Negotiation Support; Forecast Assessment and Evaluation; Transaction Project Management and Post-Deal Integration.
About You
• CA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 firm but training with a leading 2nd tier will be accepted.
• Ideally 3-6 months experience is a TS or corporate finance related projects.
• At least 3 years experience in a professional services firm in total.
• Sponsorship for people on working holiday visas can be offered but you need to be currently based in Australia.
