As part of our Transaction Support team, you'll manage complex deals working directly with senior management of both buyers and sellers. Executing transactions across a wider range of clients, you'll build a strong reputation. Your successful track record will range from global organisations to fast-growing companies and private equity firms. As Transaction Support Senior Consultant or Manager, you'll assist on projects with a diverse client base and due diligence engagements related to transactions involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. You'll analyse the results of companies by reviewing historical and forecast financial information, and understand through discussion with management the key drivers of performance of the business.
Ideally you will possess:
- Some transaction support or related experience gained in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
- A relevant accounting or finance degree along with CA or CFA qualification
