Transaction Team Manager

A well established thriving retail company in Dorset is looking to recruit a Manager into their Transactions team.

With the responsibility of up to 8 staff members, you will be responsible for development and excellent service levels across various transactional accounting functions ensuring effective team work. In addition to this, you will also focus on communication with external banks,ensuring use of their services in the most effective manner,lasing with department heads issuing group balance reports, and identifying the need for procedure and process improvements among other adhoc duties required by Finance Department Management.

The ideal candidate must be a conscientious, diligent Team Leader with a proactive attitude and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
