The Client Implementation Manager role is based within This role works within the Transactional Banking Implementation team, whose purpose is to implement complex cash management solutions both globally and across the Europe region for our top-end Corporates and Financial Institutions.

The role Implementation Manager is to Achieve and realise new business income for the Bank by pro-actively project managing the implementation of major Global and complex UK domestic cash management customer solutions, adopting a consultative approach and advising on Payments and Cash Management best practices. To ensure the solution is coordinated and delivered within agreed timescales, managing customer expectations and resolving any issues arising with the relevant bank product owners.

Promote the utilisation of all cash management products to maximise the Bank's return, whilst managing and developing client relationships on an ongoing basis in order to maximise cross selling opportunities
