An exciting opportunity for a Director is available within our growing Transactional Banking and Liquidity products team. You will be responsible for supporting the Santander Corporate Bank Relationship Managers in the marketing of the bank's Transactional Banking and Liquidity products to small / medium large companies. Further to that you will be supporting the Relationship Managers in developing new customer relationships and managing the relationship with existing customers and extending the width and depth of their relationship with the bank by the provision of Transactional Banking, Liquidity and other banking products.

As a Director - Transactional Banking and Liquidity your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Experience of successfully selling Transactional Banking and Liquidity solutions to the Corporate and commercial sectors.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Transactional Banking and Liquidity and markets, with the proven ability to successfully communicate this expertise from both a credit and sales perspective.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain a network of established customer relationships capable of delivering regular ongoing business levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- ACT qualified desirable but not essential if significant front line customer experience management of Money Transmission needs acquired via previous roles.
As a Director - Transactional Banking and Liquidity your main responsibilities will involve:
Indentifying core MT , Liability MA product process knowledge requirements
Identifying pending training requirements as the product functionality evolves working closely with the SANUK 2015 team and the Liabilities Current Account Marketing teams and Elavon.
Working in close liaison with the Learning Development teams to develop product specific training programmes
Rolling training programmes out across the national sales team, using technology (Video Conferencing/ Webex) where possible to support locally based training where appropriate
Proactively supporting TBL Product Partners in their learning and understanding of key product functionality and processes to ensure a demonstrable improvement in levels of primacy
Implementing divisional client focus groups across Segments A-D to be held face to face bi-annually via automated feedback on a quarterly basis to include involvement from all stakeholders responsible for customer experience product development
Contribution to the growth of the business by producing appropriate plans for your area of the business.
