Transactional services supervisor
A Transactional Services Supervisor job has become available in a large department of 25 in a growing and adapting team. The client is a private healthcare specialist with numerous branches across the UK, offering numerous benefits for employees.
The vacancy has become available, as they are looking for a new individual to assist with supervising the team of 25. This responsibility will be split between other supervisors so a strong team ethic is crucial.
Relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Cash Allocation in a high volume environment is crucial. Experience in dealing with suppliers is also essential. Management experience is not essential, however evidence of supporting, supervising or mentoring junior staff with workload is desirable.
The client is looking for someone who has experience of Oracle or SAP systems and preferably experience of significant systems change.
The role will consist of assisting with planning departmental activities and managing resources within agreed budgets. Invoice processing, query resolution and reviews of supplier accounts will also be conducted. The candidate will also be required to maintain cash allocation and conduct reconciliation's, as well as train and develop staff.
The successful candidate will have the experiences listed above and will be pro active with a can do attitude.
