Transactions Executive
The Challenge
Reporting to the Team Leader role will include working on a team responsible for the disposal of non core assets of this Bank. The role will include:
• Assist the Team Leader and Head of Transactions in the defining a disposal strategy for each relevant portfolio.
• Prepare portfolios for sale including a review of all transfer and confidentiality provisions associated with the relevant loans.
• Engage relevant Advisors to assist in the management of the sales process.
• Assist the Team Leader with the day-to-day project management and decision making in relation to each Transaction (e.g. commercial decisions in relation to transaction structure or documentation).
• Prepare and present all relevant Transactional projects for approval at the relevant forum.
• Maintain professional working relationships with market counterparties (including advisors, investors and professional services firms).
• Liaise with other internal teams such as Settlements, Origination, Treasury, Legal and Operations to ensure an efficient execution process.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a transactional role with structuring exposure. Prior exposure to a wide variety of asset classes preferential.
The Company
Our client is a long established bank, based in Dublin City Centre. They have recently embarked on a Deleveraging Plan across all asset classes.
The Compensation
Remuneration will be in line with market rates and experience of chosen candidate.
