Transfer Agency Administration VP recruitment
We have an immediate need for an employee in Transfer Agency Administration. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in Mutual Fund Transfer Agency, Distribution, Capital Markets and Brokerage Sub-accounting. Prior experience with DTCC mutual fund applications, UW Source and 3rd party sub-accounting systems required. Conversion and automation experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting, Client On-Boarding and Distributor and Fund Compliance functions
- Candidate must have good organizational skills
- Project management experience
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel skills helpful
- Knowledge of brokerage sub-accounting systems such as SuRPAS and DST a must
- Sharp oral and written communications skills
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
Person must be able to work well both independently and in a group environment
