Transfer Agency / Investor Relations Manager recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the workflow of the team
• Ensure all transactions processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Aspire to achieve 100% accuracy in all aspects
• Ensure that all anti-money laundering procedures are strictly adhered to
• Ability to analyse and identify the process flows within challenging and complex business lines and processes
• Approve payments / receipts in relation to fund dealing
• Ensure that all investor correspondence is accurate and sent out in a timely manner
• Investigate and clear all outstanding reconciliation items
• Head up team appraisals
• Work with closely with management in both Dublin and London
• Deal with any internal and external auditor queries
• Manage the client take-on
• Reviewing and updating all controls with the business
Skills Requirements:
• The successful candidate will have gained at least 7 years Transfer Agency / Investor Services experience. Supervisory / Managerial experience is important
• There is considerable career opportunity within this firm as there is the likelihood of further expansion and growth of this role in their Dublin office
• Experience handling all anti money laundering responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills are important
• knowledge of Transfer Agency applications
• Strong knowledge of Hedge Fund Administration processes and tools
