Transfer Agency Oversight Manager recruitment
Our client, a leading investment management house, is seeking a Transfer Agency /Third Party Administrator Oversight Manager to work within their team inAberdeen.
Responsibilities of the Transfer Agency/TPA Oversight Manager
-Mainand key liaison role with third party administrators in terms of day to day relationship management and represent the business on appropriate TPA or industry User Groups
- Ensure full and comprehensive oversight of TPAs including KPI monitoring, on-going regular testing and production of compliance reporting
- Ensure in-house complaint management and escalated client issues are replied to and resolved as quickly as possible
- Review and oversee key system and regulatory changes via our TPAs
- Assist the Head of Investor Services EMEA in all aspects of operational and regulatory change which impactsUK
- Working on Group wide projects or specific changes and projects which impactUK
- To lead and support continuous improvement in key business and/or management activities covering procedures, future planning, business continuity
Background of the Transfer Agency/TPA Oversight Manager:
- Experience working directly within a Transfer Agency environment or Third Party Administrator Oversight capacity essential
- Experience working directly within financial services, ideally within investments
- People management experience essential
- Knowledge of Client Money regulations preferable but not essential
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
