Transfers Team Manager

A well established Financial Services Company based within Central Leeds is looking for a Transfers Team Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Operational Director the Transfers Team Manager will be predominantly responsible for the oversight and control of the client  asset transfer process.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Ensure that the transfers are processed in and out of the business with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain excellent communication between clients, registrars, custodians and brokers to facilitate the transfers process.
- Maintenance of the Asset database
- Coaching and developing of staff
- Appraisals
- Meet the requirements of the business
- Handle complex queries and pro-actively problem solve

Key Accountabilities:

 - Lead and drive strategic plans through change and improvement
- Review and challenge  processes regularly to ensure the remain fit for purpose
- Operating risk controls
- Adhere to strict compliance regulations and protocol

The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience within the Financial Services Sector
- Extensive experience within a leadership position 
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional relationship building skills
