Transition Co-Ordinator

My client is a leading third party administrator based in the city. They are looking for an ambitious transitions co-ordinator to join the expanding infrastructure. The main purpose of the role will to act as the main point of contact for all internal/external groups for all aspect of transitional activities.

Acting as the main point of contact you will be responsible for client driven transitions, stock funding as well as large mandate changes. This will involve planning and delivery of all operational elements across all asset classes. To allow the transition process to be carried out on a particular timeframe as well as accuracy level, there will be a large amount of interaction with the sales team to ensure that all client requirements are met, use of personal business sense to identify potential risk pitfalls as well as facilitate regular meetings to ensure all parties are aware of tasks and required results.

To apply for this job, you must have prior experience in transitions, experience of transferring outsourced operational procedures rather than transfer of custody assets. A good understanding of the fund management industry as well as related custodial and pooled fund industries is required. Being able to work to tight deadlines as well as being pro-active should allow the successful incumbent to secure the role. No major system skills are required however a good level of usage of Visio as well as the MS Office package would be beneficial.
