Transitional Service Delivery Manager – Divestments
Transitional Service Delivery Manager required for our banking client based in London required to support the development of Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) required for a number of divestments and develop commercial proposals to support the negotiation process for the agreements.
Candidates will require the following experience:
- Expert knowledge of IT and Operational service agreements
- Considerable experience of creating and negotiating service contracts
- Financial services industry experience, including knowledge of Senior Management Arrangements, Systems and Controls for material outsourcing (SYSC8)
- Ability to conduct commercial impact assessments, develop options and present recommendations
