This highly reputable asset manager has an opportunity for an accomplished Client Account Transitions Specialist to facilitate end-to-end transitions across the business. As a Transitions specialist, you will come from an institutional asset management firm ensuring the integration of all new institutional clients investing in Fixed Income and Derivatives supporting the firm’s business development and client service efforts. Working within a technical capacity, this role is high profiled working closely with senior management and key stake holders facilitating end to end transitions.
It is essential candidates will come from an asset management background requiring prior experience of end to end client onboarding, account closures, account changes, asset transfers, IMA amendments and benchmark changes to name just a few. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to work directly with clients, consultants and external transition managers.
As a Transitions specialist, you will demonstrate technical ability and strong interpersonal skills to work with Front Office managing end-to-end transitions, chairing project plan meetings and working extensively with custodians ensuring successful integration. Your compliance and regulatory knowledge is key, particularly KYC, AML and ISDA documentation.
