Specialist to dispatch and

coordinate deliveries and pickups.

Duties are:

* Develop and maintain positive customer relations by understanding product needs. Develop and implement plans to meet those needs and demonstrating

excellent customer service

principles

* Ensure that all policies, procedures and controls are followed and that all reports are completed accurately and submitted on time. Determine cost effective freight solutions

* Coordinate Timely scheduling of pickups and deliveries to/from suppliers and customers

* Prepare shipping documentation I.E. Invoices

* Mitigate Delays to ensure on-time delivery to final destination Enter Customer Loads into

systems; update loads when

drivers call-in

Skills:

* Proficient in word processing

and spread sheets

* Good communication skills

* Well organized
