Treasury Client Services Officer recruitment
For this position our client is seeking an applicant with a strong client services focus, and ideally several years of experience within corporate treasury or corporate banking. Experience within corporate treasury would include coordination for trade finance queries, payments and corporate loan coordination. Our client will be especially interested in applicants with some direct corporate banking or treasury services experience. This is initially a 12 month contract with the view to go permanent.
Responsibilities:
- To look after the Operation and Client Support functions, performing the day-to-day operational support associated with all client transactions or requests for information
- Facilitate and coordinate various relationships internal and external.
- As the primary account representative, the CSM is responsible for servicing the overall client relationships within the portfolio. This shall include: the day to day administration of the accounts, the coordination of services for assigned clients, the monitoring of contractual obligations for these accounts and active participation in retentive marketing efforts for securing additional business opportunities with clients
Requirements:
- 4-5 years experience in Payments, Trade Finance and SWIFT.
