About the Department
Wells Fargo’s Treasury Management team focus on the sales and client management of transactional banking services including:

• Treasury Management
• E-Commerce
• Liquidity Management
• Payments and Cash Management
• Commercial Card

Position Overview
Following the recent launch of a new Corporate Banking practice in Frankfurt, Wells Fargo seeks an experienced Treasury Management professional who can lead the development of Treasury Management business with European Corporate clients and prospects.

The Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMSO) will report to the Head of European TM based in London. The TMSO will be responsible for developing and retaining business with clients and prospects who are/or will be primarily users of our US TM platform and who are primarily headquartered in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This role requires the TMSO to partner with the local RMs and US based TMSOs covering the subsidiary relationship activities stateside.  Wells Fargo also provides treasury management services in the UK and Europe and as a result, the TMSO may be required to call on subsidiaries of US companies based in the market, as opportunities arise.

Please note this role can be based in London or Frankfurt.

Responsibilities
The primary areas of responsibility for the role are as follows:
• Treasury Management Sales Consultancy.
• Develop and maintain TM portfolio of clients.
• Sales pitches, preparation of pricing, proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Responsibility for an individual sales target.

Requirements
• Solid Global Treasury Management background with a focus on US Treasury Management.
• CTP Cert ICM would be a distinct advantage.
• Industry expertise to assist internal partners with positioning TM solutions.
• Fluency in English and German preferred.
