Treasury Manager

Full Job Description

- Preparation and maintenance of the Individual Liquidity Adequacy Assessment ("ILAA") and related regulatory disclosure information
- Efficient management of Firms cash balances
- Responsibility for revenue optimisation from Client cash balances (CFM) and Firms cash (NII).
- Manage relationships with 3rd party banks and other internal treasury departments
- All other Treasury related activities for Treasury in Europe.
- Product pricing impact of liquidity
- Optimisation of capital position

Qualifications

To maintain:
- Appropriate skills and expertise as required for the role, that includes either working towards or have a CertICM and ACA-ACCA-CIMA;
- To maintain technical and functional knowledge as required for the role; including having a working knowledge of banking software-SWIFT and general Microsoft applications
- To maintain an understanding of the industry from a regulatory and operational perspective, that includes understanding the liquidity rules-requirements-reporting for a BIPRU730 firm (FSA Handbook Prudential Standards Chapter 12);
- To maintain a working knowledge of the Financial Services Authority ("FSA"), and the Central Bank of Ireland ("CBI") and the Jersey Financial Services Commission ("JFSC") rules and regulations, as well as up to date knowledge of market practices and Exchange rules; and
- A working knowledge of changes in the market and to products, legislation and regulation.
